Our AM & PM Guided Meditations will give you the freedom to tap into your own creativity and use visualizations to relax and reset your mind. We provide two meditations daily to help you start and end your day feeling refreshed and reenergized. With our guided meditations, you can find the peace and liberation you need to live your best life.

Melanie's Mantras
Daily Posts

Melanie relies on uplifting, spiritual mantras (short words or phrases) to get her through the day. She began her yoga journey in her 50s and it has deepened her faith-based understanding of herself, the Universe and the kind of person she wants to be in the world.

During the online retreat, in addition to delivering the am guided meditations, Melanie will be posting "Melanie's Mantras" in the private group - resources that have helped her along the way!

"More Like
Non-Meditative"

Daily Short Videos

Janet wasn't always into the meditative aspects of yoga and mindfulness. It was reading a book by Ram Dass and Sally Kempton that helped her expand the view of what meditation really means and is. By shifting perspectives, Janet was able to appreciate and practice meditation in her own style.

Every day during the online retreat, attendees will get access to a new 5-15 min "Ted Talk"-style video from Janet.

​

Be prepared to smile, relate and be inspired.

Private Online Community

Registrants of the retreat will be added to the online group (available via Pearl's app or website). 

​

The group is a place where Janet and Melanie will guide everyone through the retreat.
