Ready to make Pilates part of your routine?

Pilates Flow is a weekly class on the mat designed to build on the basics and keep your body moving, strengthening, and feeling good, week after week.

Whether you've completed Intro to Pilates or you're comfortable with the fundamentals, this class offers a consistent practice to deepen your strength and flexibility.

What to expect:

  • Core-focused, full-body movement

  • Modifications offered for all levels

  • A supportive, no-judgment environment

  • That "I did something good for myself" feeling

 

Details:

  • Tuesdays, 5:30–6:15pm (45 min)

  • Starting February 10, 2026

  • Drop-in or use your class pack/membership

 

Intro to Pilates
(4 week series)

Your starting point.

 

No experience needed.

Curious about Pilates but have no idea where to begin?

 

This is it.

This 4-week beginner series breaks down the fundamentals in a way that's clear, approachable, and (dare we say?) actually fun.

 

You'll learn the basics, build a strong foundation, and walk away with the confidence to continue your practice.

Perfect for you if:

  • You've never done Pilates before

  • You're dealing with back pain or poor posture

  • You want low-impact movement with real results

  • You've been curious but intimidated to try

Details:

  • 4 weekly classes

  • 45 minutes each

  • Small group setting for personalized attention

  • Offered periodically throughout the year

Do I need to take Intro to Pilates before Pilates Flow?

Not required, but recommended if you're brand new.

The intro series gives you the foundation to feel confident in a regular class.

If you've done Pilates before (even years ago), you're probably fine to jump into Pilates Flow.

 

What should I bring?

A yoga mat if you have one (we have extras), water, and yourself. That's it.

What if I miss a class in the Intro series?

Life happens. Any missed classes can be made up at our regularly scheduled classes within 4 weeks. No guilt, just grace.

I have back pain/injuries. Can I still do Pilates?

Pilates is actually great for many people with back issues—but every body is different. Reach out and let's chat about what's going on. We always offer modifications.

I'm not flexible at all. Is that okay?

More than okay. Flexibility isn't a prerequisite—it's a result. Come as you are.
