Mellow Mondays

We know Mondays can be rough, so "Mellow Mondays" is about slow, easy, large movements to stretch and feel good.

Serene Wednesdays

"Serene Wednesdays"  are a slightly more dynamic flow for the middle of the week!  Janet leads a continuous flow with twists and control.  Consider it a mid-week pick-me-up!

Divine Fridays

Janet understands that by Friday, most of us are spent!  Therefore "Divine Fridays" are super stretchy, super loose, and all about just shaking off the workweek for the weekend!

Tranquil Tuesdays

We all got a little bit more energy on Tuesdays so expect Melanie to lead you through some half sun salutations and easy flows with consistent movement.

Peaceful Thursdays

Thursday practices are about beginning to wind down for the end of the week!  Melanie leads a slow flow to create a shift in our energy towards Friday!

THE OFFICIAL CHALLENGE & PRICE

Why was the "10 Minute Daily Yoga Summer Challenge created? The "10 Minute Daily Yoga Summer Challenge" was created by Janet and Melanie from Pearl Yoga & Fitness as a way to keep yoga practitioners connected to their practice during the two busiest summer months: July and August! What do challengers receive? Once you register as a challenger for the program, you will receive INSTANT access to all 47 videos of the program and added to the official challenge group. Where can I find the videos and the challenge group? Everything is ran through our website, and links will be emailed to registrants upon registration! What is the "Official Challenge Group"? The program was designed to coincide with the "Official Challenge Group" on July 5th and end date of August 28th; but, all the videos are available all the time! The videos start with "Week 1 - Tranquil Tuesday" and continue for a total of 8 weeks, ending with "Week 8 - Meditation Sunday". Anyone who registers for the program is welcome to do the videos immediately, or at their own pace, and order; however, the official group with the creators will begin July 5th. The support group is a place for challengers to report their progress, share their journey and connect with other challengers as well as Janet & Melanie! When can I register for the program? Registration opens Tuesday, May 31st! What is the cost of the program? The promotional rate of the program is $100.00, which is offered until June 10th. After June 10th, the cost of the program is $125.00. How long will the videos be available? Access to the channel is given for 13 weeks, until the end of the "Official Challenge Group". The videos will then be added to our "On-Demand" channel, which has a subscription rate of $60/semi-annually ($120 yearly).
