We are excited to introduce our 4-week "Yoga Over 50" series, designed especially for individuals like you who want to start or continue a yoga practice that is gentle, accessible, and tailored to your unique needs. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ซ Meet the incredible Melanie Pfleger, a vibrant 62-year-old woman who embarked on her yoga journey in her 50s. Since then, Melanie has not only become a certified yoga instructor but also an AFAA group fitness instructor, specializing in movement for individuals in their middle age and beyond. Her personal experience and expertise make her the perfect guide for this series! ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ In this series, Melanie will lead you through a slow, stretchy practice that is specifically designed for those who find it challenging to move up and down off the floor. Each class will focus on improving flexibility, strength, balance, and overall well-being in a supportive and encouraging environment. ๐ŸŒˆโœจ We understand that as we age, our bodies have unique considerations and may require modifications. Refunds cannot be issued within 7 days of the class start.
