Your body is holding onto more tension than you realize. Those tight hips, stiff shoulders, and that constant feeling of being locked up? They're not just "part of life." They're your body begging for attention. This 4-week Stretching for Beginners series is your answer. Led by Janet, our 200 & 300-hour certified yoga instructor, you'll learn how to stretch safely, effectively, and in a way that actually feels good. No confusing yoga poses. No pressure to be "flexible enough." Just practical, feel-it-immediately stretching that your body craves. What You'll Get: -Relief from everyday stiffness and tension -Improved flexibility and range of motion -Better posture and body awareness -Techniques you can use at home, at work, anywhere -Understanding of where YOU hold tension and how to release it Perfect for: -Desk workers with tight hips and shoulders -Anyone who wakes up feeling stiff -People who've never stretched properly (or at all) -Those dealing with chronic tightness or discomfort -Anyone tired of feeling like their body is working against them You don't need to touch your toes. You don't need yoga experience. You just need to show up, and we'll guide you through the rest. Series Details: -4 weeks starting January 14th -Tuesdays, 5:30-6:15pm -45-minute classes -Small group for personalized guidance Limited spots available. PS. Any missed classes can be made up at any of our regularly scheduled classes.
