Think Pilates is too hard, too complicated, or just not for you? Think again. This 4-week Intro to Pilates series is designed specifically for beginners: real people who want to feel stronger, move better, and finally understand what all the Pilates buzz is about. Led by Melanie, our AFAA-certified instructor with specialized Pilates training, you'll learn the fundamentals in a way that's clear, approachable, and actually fun. What You'll Get: -Core strength that supports your entire body -Better posture (yes, even if you sit at a desk all day) -Increased flexibility and balance -A solid foundation in Pilates basics -Confidence to continue your practice Perfect for: -Complete beginners -Anyone dealing with back pain or poor posture -People who want low-impact, high-results movement -Those curious about Pilates but intimidated to start No experience needed. Just bring yourself and an open mind. Your body will do the rest. Series Details: -4 weeks starting January 15th -Tuesdays, 5:30-6:15pm -45-minute classes -Small group setting for personalized attention Limited spots available. Your stronger, more balanced self is waiting. PS Any missed classes can be made up at any of our regularly scheduled classes up to 4 weeks after the missed class.
