Rise & Renew (in-person + online) Tuesdays in May | 7:00–7:45 AM Taught by Stacey Amato Start your Tuesday the way your body's been asking you to: slow, intentional, and completely yours. Rise & Renew is a beginner-friendly morning class built around deep stretches and held poses. No rushing. No pressure. Just 45 minutes to wake up your body, loosen what's tight, and set the tone for your whole day. This isn't about keeping up or pushing through. It's about feeling every pose, breathing into the stretch, and giving yourself permission to move at your own pace. Whether you're brand new to yoga or you've been on the mat for years and just want a gentler morning start, this one's for you. What to expect: ---A slow, stretchy flow with plenty of time in each pose. ---Modifications are always offered. ---All levels welcome. ---No experience needed. This class is offered exclusively in May: a perfect way to ease into the season and build a Tuesday morning ritual that actually feels good. What happens if you miss a class? The recording will be available for replay OR you can make up the class at any of our regularly scheduled classes.
