Ready for a regular practice? Pilates Flow is our weekly class offered on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:15pm. Whether you've completed the intro series or you're comfortable with the basics, this class helps you build strength, deepen flexibility, and keep the momentum going week after week. Pilates at Pearl is perfect for you if you're a complete beginner, dealing with back pain or poor posture, looking for low-impact movement with real results, or just curious and ready to try something new. You don't need to be flexible. You don't need experience. You just need to show up. Your stronger, more balanced self is waiting.
