We are planning a "Fit & Mindfulness Camp for Kids" this summer!
The mornings will be spent doing cardio and movement activities, followed by lunch (or a snack), and the afternoons will be spent on mindfulness, creative and relaxing activities.
On days where the weather cooperates, the kids may be taken outside for activities such as chalking on the sidewalk.
The maximum number of children that may register is 8.
