About the event
The Sunday before Thanksgiving, take time to unwind and embrace the true meaning of the season.
Janet will lead attendees (virtually or in person) through a practice of yin yoga and journaling; long-held stretches and bringing awareness to all of the things we are most grateful. Expressing gratitude is one of the best ways to cultivate joy in our lives, and bring us into the present moment - the safest on there is.
Participants will need a journal, favorite hot beverage and a yoga mat.
