About the event
The Sunday before Thanksgiving, take time to unwind and embrace the true meaning of the season.Â
Janet will lead attendees (virtually or in person) through a practice of yin yoga and journaling; long-held stretches and bringing awareness to all of the things we are most grateful. Â Expressing gratitude is one of the best ways to cultivate joy in our lives, and bring us into the present moment - the safest on there is.Â
Participants will need a journal, favorite hot beverage and a yoga mat.Â
