What if I'm a complete beginner?
Perfect! Every practice includes modifications for all levels. You just need a willingness to show up for yourself.
What if I miss a Sunday?
No worries! All content is recorded and yours forever. Plus, we have a beautiful community to help keep you motivated.
What equipment do I need?*
A yoga mat, yoga wheel (we recommend the Dharma Yoga Wheel), the Gaiam Restore Band, two yoga blocks, and comfortable clothes.
What if this doesn't fit my schedule?
The beauty of recorded content is you can practice whenever Sunday works for you - morning, afternoon, or evening.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Given the low-risk and digital nature of the program, we will not issue refunds; however, we will consider credits for future offerings!

Listen, we love you, but we're not responsible for your yoga wheel deciding to roll away mid-pose, your resistance band snapping back like a rubber band slingshot, or your yoga mat having the grip of a banana peel on a rainy day.
We'll give you amazing practices and clear instructions, but if your props have their own agenda or decide to stage a rebellion, that's between you and them.
Please inspect your equipment before use, practice with common sense (yes, that includes not attempting advanced poses on a wobbly coffee table), and remember that sometimes the best prop is simply showing up with your breath and a willingness to try.
