You've done Warrior II. You've tried Triangle. Maybe you've even held Tree Pose for a few breaths. But have you ever really marinated in them? Really manipulated the posture to open in all the right places? That's what this series is about. "Standing Pose Series" is a 4-week deep dive into standing poses, the ones that show up in almost every yoga class but rarely get the slow, clear breakdown they deserve. Each week dedicates special time to unique standing poses, so you can digest and enjoy the simple and adjusted varieties. HERE'S HOW IT BREAKS DOWN: Week 1 — Mountain Pose, Warrior II, and Triangle deconstructed from the ground up. Plus your first Tree Pose variation with toes still on the floor. Foundation first. Week 2 — Hip orientation changes everything. We add Reverse Warrior and Extended Side Angle. Week 3 — Get to know the tree pose really well. Energy lines, smoother transitions, and fun arm variation progression. Week 4 — Less teaching, more flowing. Triangle side to side, breath-led, with space to feel what you've built over four weeks. Your poses, your practice. THIS SERIES IS FOR YOU IF: You want to move deeper into standing poses. You've taken yoga before but want a more in-depth breakdown of the postures. You're not necessarily looking for a beginner basics class; you're looking for the layer underneath the basics that makes everything feel better. You don't need to be flexible. You don't need perfect balance. You just need four weeks and a willingness to slow down long enough to go deeper.
