Service Description

Our autumn kids' program starts September 18, 2023; the classes are designed to infuse little people (ages: prek-5th grade) with a boost of positive, balanced, and creative fitness/ and give them a safe place where their spirits can feel free, and their bodies can stay in motion (10 kids max)! 8 Weeks September 18, 2023-November 13, 2023 No class on Halloween :-) Mondays 4:00-5:00pm
