This class is a blend of mini flows and longer held postures, also known as slow flow hatha yoga. Moving at a slower pace, class focuses on stretching and strengthening all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.
Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters,and straps are often used for safe practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably.
Variations will be given to decrease or increase the intensity of your practice based on your preference!
