Mudras ---- Hand gestures that invoke meditation.
Faith (Shraddha in Sanskrit) - Belief in the unseen good.
Combine all of these, and we have a powerful practice to set off in June.
All participants will learn a new weekly mudra, attached to 5 different mantras (one for each day of the week Monday through Friday) that will ignite our faith in the unseen good.
This powerful practice helps us to channel and focus our energy inwards to the divine Self and bring forth positive changes in our environments.
