Basic Yoga (Mixed Level)(In Studio)

Service Description

This in-person class is a blend of mini flows and longer held postures, also known as slow flow hatha yoga. Moving at a slower pace, class focuses on stretching and strengthening all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. Variations will be given to decrease or increase the intensity of your practice based on your preference! All levels welcome! Yoga Props Please bring your own props as blankets, blocks, bolsters,and straps are often used for a safe practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably (i.e. blocks, bolsters, blanket & strap). We have extras available if you do not have them. Registration/Cancellation Policy Due to our limited occupancy at this time, we ask that you register for in-person class when you are 100% confident you will attend, absent extenuating circumstances. We want to make sure as many people who want to attend in-person have the opportunity, and if clients late cancel at all, the spot may likely remain empty and it could have been occupied. We have a wait list available for all classes. Please be mindful that every spot matters and thank you. Face Masks Face masks are available for purchase ($10) for anyone who would like to wear one during class. Cleaning All of the props that are property of the studio will be sanitized after each class appropriately, as well as all of the most frequently touched parts of the facility (i.e. doorknobs). Tissues, wipes, and hand-sanitizer will be available in multiple locations in the room. Spacing The studio has been marked to indicate where mats are to be during class with a six foot distance between all practitioners. All students and the instructor will remain on their mats for the entire duration of class; so there will not be walking around or contact made.
